Sexologist, Intimacy Coach & Somatic Sex Educator

Hi, I'm Terri

I'm a certified Sex Coach and Somatic Educator with training in trauma-informed care, counselling and health science. Using integrative frameworks, I support individuals in cultivating a healthier relationship with pleasure and rebuilding trust within their bodies.

Whatever brings you here - sexual concerns, intimacy challenges, body confidence challenges, or burnout and switched-off desire - you deserve support from someone who genuinely understands it all.

Lived Experience

My own journey was a slow return home, moving from pain and numbness toward self-trust, restfulness, and nervous system safety. It unfolded at my nervous system's pace, shaped by acceptance, resilience, and deep self-nurturing.

Living with trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic health conditions, I absorbed years of learning - through books, trainings, somatic practices, and lived experimentation - slowly discovering what genuinely worked for my body. Piece by piece, I rebuilt a relationship with myself and the world around me, finding presence, connection, and a sense of being fully at home in my body.

I know firsthand that when emotions and nervous system states have long been blocked or overwhelmed, we cannot dive straight into the depths. Safety comes first. We begin with our toes in the water. And yet, the water beckons. With the right support, we can learn to swim.

Pleasure is not a reward waiting at the end of healing - it's the lighthouse that guides us through it. Through a polyvagal approach, we work with both branches of the vagus nerve, supporting safety and regulation first, then gently expanding into connection. This becomes a cyclical process - one that builds with pleasure, rather than striving toward it.

How I Work

I don't arrive with prescriptions or rigid protocols. I walk beside you, helping you discover what feels nourishing, real, and life-giving for your unique body, history, and pace. Whether you're standing on the shore, ankle-deep, or ready to explore further, pleasure is one of the most powerful tools we have for nervous system regulation and reconnection. I'm here to meet you exactly where you are.

In private sessions, we explore your relationship with pleasure both in intimacy and in the rhythms of daily life. Using a health-science and nervous-system-based approach, I help you expand your capacity for pleasure, intimacy, and erotic aliveness, while cultivating emotional safety and deeper self-intimacy. This work can transform your sex life, support your health, enrich your relationships, and nurture your sense of wholeness.

Clients describe my presence as calm, compassionate, and deeply attuned. I tailor this work to you - honouring your boundaries, listening to your sensations, and welcoming your pleasure as a meaningful part of the healing process.

Training & Qualifications

My training didn't arrive all at once - it accumulated slowly, over years, in the way that meaningful learning often does. Some of it came through formal programmes. Much of it came through working with extraordinary teachers, attending seminars, and sitting with my own lived experience and learning the tools to help others on their unique journeys.
