I'm Terri - a certified sex coach who has done this work from the inside out, and I'd love to support you.

I believe intimacy isn't something to “fix”, but something we learn and keep learning as our relationship with ourselves and our connection to others evolves. These relationships are at the crux of what it is to be human, what it is to love and connect deeply, and what it is to live with clarity, wonder and pleasure.

Integrative sex & intimacy coaching is about moving beyond old stereotypes and conditioning, and reclaiming your voice, your body, and your sexuality to fully embrace your power, inhabit your essence and live your most delicious, satisfied life.

What to Expect from Sex Coaching

Each session is fully tailored to you, your pace, and what feels safe enough to explore. There's no pressure, just a steady, judgement-free space where we can take meaningful steps towards your goals. Change here isn't rushed; results are built through trust, curiosity, and steady, meaningful shifts over time.

We meet online via video call, and you'll receive supportive reflections, tools, and gentle practices to work with between sessions if that feels right for you. If you're in an ongoing package, you'll also be able to message or voice-note between sessions. This can help you bounce ideas, check in, share wins, get support, and note down thoughts as they arise, so you're not holding it all on your own.

My framework

Sexuality doesn't exist in a vacuum, which is why I take an integrative approach that gets to the root cause of what is coming up for you, honouring and empowering you in your journey. My method uses an embodied framework to ensure we go deep into self-connection and sensory pleasure. This also allows us to make lasting transformations within a short time, allowing you to set the pace and integrate sexual embodiment into your life just as a dancer might learn a new move through building muscle memory.

I'm trauma-informed through my extensive training, and have a lot of life experience. Managing active trauma isn't in my ethical scope of practice, but I do support aspects of healing & older injuries with sensitivity and care.

Sex should never hurt. Pain during intimacy often requires a multidiciplinary approach, I can help you explore all aspects of the issue and find a path to pain-free, pleasurable intimacy alongside other specialists such as pelvic pysiotherapists.
