My Approach

For me, sexuality is a powerful part of being human—shaping how we feel connected, expressive, and alive. When it's dismissed or disconnected, it can ripple into other areas of life. When it's supported, it can fuel joy, confidence, and a deeper connection with yourself.

I believe that reclaiming your erotic nature - on your own terms - can transform your sex life, your health, your relationships, and your sense of wholeness. My role is to help you find safety in your body and cultivate pleasure that genuinely nourishes you.

Who I Work With

I offer integrative sex coaching for people or woman with vulvas who are ready to deepen their connection with pleasure, intimacy, and self-expression. My practice is queer-affirming and trans-friendly, and grounded in creating spaces where every identity, body, and experience is welcomed with care.

I'm particularly committed to supporting individuals with chronic health conditions and neurodivergence, blending an understanding of the medical model with a warm, accessible and body-honouring approach.

At the heart of my work is the intention to provide guidance that feels respectful of your lived experience, empowering you to expand into pleasure, strengthen intimacy, explore your sexuality, and communicate more openly - at a pace that is right for you.
