- Payment information (processed through Stripe and PayPal - we do not store card details)
- Booking details (processed through TidyCal)

- Website usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, device type) - anonymised
- IP address (collected by our hosting provider, Netlify)

Why we collect it and how we use it
We collect personal information only where we have a lawful reason to do so. We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and contact form messages
- Send you emails you have subscribed to (newsletter and welcome series)
- Manage your coaching sessions, including session notes and progress
- Process payments for services
- Send appointment reminders and administrative communications
- Improve the website and understand how people use it (analytics only)

Sensitive information
The nature of sex and intimacy coaching means we may collect sensitive personal information, including information about your physical and sexual health, relationship history, mental health, and personal experiences.

We retain client information for 7 years after the end of our working relationship, in line with Australian tax and record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure.
When we may disclose your information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: third parties who assist us in running our business (e.g. Zoho for email, TidyCal for bookings, Stripe for payments), who are bound by confidentiality obligations

In the case of a serious, imminent risk of harm to you or to another person, we may be required to take action that involves disclosing information, in line with our ethical duty of care. This will be discussed with you during the intake process.
