• Payment information (processed through Stripe and PayPal - we do not store card details)

• IP address (collected by our hosting provider, Netlify)

We collect personal information only where we have a lawful reason to do so. We use your information to:

• Manage your coaching sessions, including session notes and progress

The nature of sex and intimacy coaching means we may collect sensitive personal information, including information about your physical and sexual health, relationship history, mental health, and personal experiences.

We retain client information for 7 years after the end of our working relationship, in line with Australian tax and record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: third parties who assist us in running our business (e.g. Zoho for email, TidyCal for bookings, Stripe for payments), who are bound by confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements: if required by Australian law, court order, or to prevent serious risk of harm to you or others
• With your consent: if you have explicitly asked us to share your information with another party

In the case of a serious, imminent risk of harm to you or to another person, we may be required to take action that involves disclosing information, in line with our ethical duty of care. This will be discussed with you during the intake process.
