These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.terrarosacollective.com ("the Website") and the services offered by Terra Rosa Embodiment, operated by Terri Rosa.

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Terra Rosa Embodiment is a sex and intimacy coaching practice operated by Terri Rosa, a certified Integrative Sex Coach, based on Kaurna Land, Adelaide, South Australia.

Terra Rosa Embodiment offers sex and intimacy coaching to adults aged 18 and over. These services are educational and coaching in nature and are not a regulated health service.

Engaging our services is subject to a separate Coaching Agreement and Informed Consent form, provided before your first session. These Terms do not govern the coaching relationship - the Coaching Agreement does.

We reserve the right to decline to work with any person at our discretion.

Bookings are made through TidyCal. By making a booking, you agree to the cancellation and payment terms in our Coaching Agreement.

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store payment card details. All transactions are subject to your payment provider's terms.

Fees are published at www.terrarosacollective.com/bookings and are subject to change. The fee applicable to your booking is the fee shown at the time of booking.

All content on this Website - including text, images, graphics, videos, and downloadable resources - is the intellectual property of Terra Rosa Embodiment or is used with permission, and is protected by Australian copyright law.

You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes, provided you attribute the source clearly. You may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.
